Optical Network Simulator

Designed to facilitate testing, analysis, demonstration, training, and delay line applications, this network simulation module offers enhanced flexibility through its availability in various lengths, channel counts, and channel bridging options.

Customizable connector types, fiber types, and enclosure types enable seamless integration into both new and existing systems.  Accompanied by comprehensive performance specifications, including insertion loss, attenuation/Km of fiber, actual distance, and dispersion slope, these modules provide reliable testing results. Notably, they simulate “natural” attenuation by encapsulating the actual fiber distance within the module, effectively eliminating attenuation variances commonly encountered with variable optical attenuators (VOAs).
